Who is responsible for your data.
The controller of your personal data is WhiteWays. For anything about your data, write to us at [email protected].
What data we collect.
Only what you send us, and what the site needs in order to be shown to you.
- Contact form: name, business and city, phone or email, message, and the topics you ticked.
- Order form: name, business name and city, email, phone, whether you have a website and its address, company name and company ID (optional), a note, the chosen plan and add-ons.
- With every form we also receive the page of the site it was sent from.
- Technical data: when you open the site, Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes your IP address and browser data to show you the site and to protect it from attacks.
Why, and on what legal basis.
- To answer your inquiry and make you an offer. These are steps taken before entering into a contract: Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- To perform the contract and issue invoices: Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
- To protect the site from attacks and abuse: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Who sees your data.
- Our team.
- Cloudflare: hosting for the site and the forms.
- Resend: sends the emails from the forms. Data may be processed in the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- An accountant, for invoices only.
We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it.
- An inquiry that does not become a contract: only while the conversation is ongoing, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Contracts and invoices: as long as accounting and tax law require.
Cookies and browser storage.
The site has no cookies, no visitor analytics and no ad trackers. Your browser keeps only your own choices, locally on your device. None of this is sent to us:
- your choices in the order form: plan, billing period and add-ons (localStorage,
ww-checkout); - your ticks in the checklist on the “Tools” page (localStorage,
ww-tl-check); - a short note that carries your choice into the contact form (sessionStorage,
ww-prefill).
You clear them by deleting the site data in your browser settings.
Your rights.
You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Write to us at [email protected]. We reply within one month, as the law requires.
If you believe we are infringing your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, cpdp.bg.
